DHS Hospitality Academy, through its subsidiary Akademi Daya Hospitaliti Siswa (ADHS), has officially launched the YUVA-NIRMAN Program<\/strong>, a pioneering initiative created to uplift Malaysian Indian youths and unemployed graduates by equipping them with world-class digital marketing and entrepreneurship skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed in strategic partnership with ProppyApp Sdn Bhd<\/strong>, a leading digital innovation platform enabling seamless online-to-offline (O2O) business operations, the initiative aims to nurture a new generation of digitally empowered entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Participation Pathways<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Youth Participants:<\/strong>
    Required to pay only a nominal registration fee, while full program fees are fully sponsored by DHS Hospitality Academy and ProppyApp Sdn Bhd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Working Professionals (20+ years of experience):<\/strong>
    Eligible for 50% sponsorship<\/strong> to pursue an MBA via APEL Q<\/strong>, plus access to the ProppyApp Market 360<\/strong> digital platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Empowering Malaysian Indian Youths and Business Communities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    A total of 100 Malaysian Indian youths<\/strong> will be selected for 48 hours of intensive, hands-on training<\/strong> in digital business transformation, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship. Participants will learn essential skills to launch or expand their online businesses and gain access to ProppyApp Market 360<\/strong> for product showcasing, customer engagement, and scaling opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The program, valued at RM 11,100 per participant<\/strong>, is fully sponsored by DHS Hospitality Academy and ProppyApp, including RM 3,600<\/strong> dedicated to certification through partial sponsorship.
    Participants contribute only a registration and administrative fee of RM 1,200<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
