To effectively manage and expand its growing portfolio of youth initiatives, DHS established Akademi Daya Hospitaliti Siswa (ADHS). Currently, ADHS operates as a subsidiary of DHS and is led by Puan Shahidah Jackson, who oversees the implementation, quality assurance, and nationwide coordination of all ADHS programs. ADHS will continue to manage both school-based programs and post-SPM career pathways, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BELIA Generasi: Two-day fast-track training with immediate placement options
YUVA NIRMAN: Digital Empowerment for Malaysian Indian Youth In partnership with PROPPY APP, DHS has launched the YUVA NIRMAN Program, focusing on digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and economic upliftment within the Malaysian Indian community. The initiative aims to reduce the digital divide and empower youth to build digital-based incomes and startups.

2026: Free Programs for Schools and Teacher Development – As part of its 2026 education roadmap, DHS will launch the DHS Hospitality Club in schools nationwide, offering free student-focused programs addressing:
Drug abuse prevention
Anti-bullying education
Scam prevention
Sexual harassment awareness
Emotional and social well-being
