Increasing cases of <strong>school dropouts, unemployment, juvenile crime, and substance abuse<\/strong> are raising alarm among policymakers, educators, and community leaders. Recent data shows that Selangor continues to record <strong>one of the highest numbers of juvenile crime cases in the country<\/strong>, with youths aged 16 to 18 forming the largest group of offenders. At the same time, more young people are leaving school early, contributing to a rising segment of <strong>NEET<\/strong> youth\u2014those not in education, employment, or training. Experts attribute these trends to <strong>financial hardship, lack of direction, and limited access to practical, career-focused education pathways<\/strong>. Without timely and targeted intervention, many of these youths face a trajectory of long-term unemployment, social exclusion, and heightened exposure to crime and substance abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a decisive move to address these challenges, DHS Hospitality Academy has joined forces with Yayasan Selangor to launch a <strong>high-impact, fully sponsored youth empowerment initiative<\/strong>.
